the superior cerebellar peduncle is present in the anterosuperior part inside the cerebrum.

1. Anterior spinocerebellar tract - transmits proprioceptive and cutaneous sensations

2. Tectocerebellar tract - might mediate visual and auditory functions

EFFERENT TRACTS

1. cerebellorubral tract

2. Dentothalamic tract - originates in the dentate nucleus and ends in the collateral red nucleus and thalamus

3. Dento- olivary tract

4. Fastigoreticular tract
